How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from NW Vape Supply Co. We verify age at checkout, and all nicotine and vaping orders require an Adult Signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Because of state and local regulations on vaping products, some destinations may be restricted. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Why is an adult signature required?
Under the federal PACT Act, online retailers must require an Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries of nicotine and vaping products. An adult 21 or older must be present with valid ID to receive the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and the secure payment options shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, disposables, and used hardware cannot be returned. Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days — see our Refund Policy for details. Contact support@nwvapesupply.com to start a return.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. If it has not arrived within the expected window, email support@nwvapesupply.com.
