How old do I have to be to order?

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from NW Vape Supply Co. We verify age at checkout, and all nicotine and vaping orders require an Adult Signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.

Do you offer same-day local delivery?

Yes. Eligible addresses within approximately 12 miles of our Bothell store can select local delivery at checkout. Order by 8 PM for delivery in approximately 90 minutes. Availability, timing, and the delivery fee are confirmed before payment.

Can I pick up my order at the Bothell store?

Yes. Choose store pickup at checkout when it is available, then wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before visiting. Bring valid government-issued photo ID for age verification.

How much does shipping or local delivery cost?

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $10.95 on orders under $95 and free on orders of $95 or more. Express options, any Adult Signature (21+) service charge, and local-delivery fees are shown before payment.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. At checkout you can choose Express (2-day) shipping or Standard shipping, which typically arrives in 3–5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Why is an adult signature required?

Under the federal PACT Act, online retailers must require an Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries of nicotine and vaping products. An adult 21 or older must be present with valid ID to receive the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and the secure payment options shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, disposables, and nicotine pouches cannot be returned. Defective hardware may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. If it has not arrived within the expected window, email support@nwvapesupply.com.
