How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from NW Vape Supply Co. We verify age at checkout, and all nicotine and vaping orders require an Adult Signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo ID at delivery.
Do you offer same-day local delivery?
Yes. Eligible addresses within approximately 12 miles of our Bothell store can select local delivery at checkout. Order by 8 PM for delivery in approximately 90 minutes. Availability, timing, and the delivery fee are confirmed before payment.
Can I pick up my order at the Bothell store?
Yes. Choose store pickup at checkout when it is available, then wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before visiting. Bring valid government-issued photo ID for age verification.
How much does shipping or local delivery cost?
The exact shipping or local-delivery charge is calculated from your address and shown before payment. Shipped nicotine and vaping orders may include an Adult Signature (21+) service charge.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Why is an adult signature required?
Under the federal PACT Act, online retailers must require an Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries of nicotine and vaping products. An adult 21 or older must be present with valid ID to receive the package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and the secure payment options shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, disposables, and used hardware cannot be returned. Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days — see our Refund Policy for details. Contact support@nwvapesupply.com to start a return.
