Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Adult Signature Required (21+) In compliance with the federal Prevention of All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, all packages containing nicotine or vaping products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver and sign for the package. A carrier adult-signature fee may apply at checkout. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the delivery.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

State & Local Restrictions Due to state and local regulations on vaping and nicotine products, we are unable to ship certain products to some states or localities. If we cannot ship your order to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package through the carrier's website.
