Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options and Delivery Time

Choose Express (2-day) or Standard shipping at checkout. Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States to all states where the online sale and delivery of vaping products is legally permitted. We do not ship to any state, city, or ZIP code where the sale or delivery of these products is restricted or prohibited by law. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Adult Signature Required (21+)

In compliance with the federal PACT Act, all packages containing nicotine or vaping products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver and sign for the package. Please ensure someone of legal age is available at the delivery address.

Because every package requires an adult signature, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If no adult 21 or older is available when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts; any package that cannot be delivered will be returned to us.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $10.95 for orders under $95 and free on orders of $95 or more. Expedited options and any applicable adult-signature charge are shown at checkout. Local-delivery fees vary by distance and are shown before payment.
