Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery Time

Adult Signature Required (21+)
In compliance with the federal PACT Act, all packages containing nicotine or vaping products require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. An adult 21 years of age or older must present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver and sign for the package. Please ensure someone of legal age is available at the delivery address.
State Restrictions
Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to some states or localities. If your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. A carrier adult-signature fee may apply to nicotine and vaping shipments.
