How to check a coil or pod before you use it
- Packaging: compare print quality, spelling and logos against the brand's own website. Blurry printing and misspellings are red flags.
- Verification: many brands print a scratch code or QR code. Check it on the brand's official site, not a link printed on the package alone.
- Seals and batch codes: look for an intact seal and a batch or lot number.
- Price: a price far below what other shops charge is a warning sign.
- Source: buy from a store with a physical address and a phone number that answers.
